Admission Procedure

Review the registration journey, required documents, school rules, payment policy, and age eligibility before submitting an application.

Read each section before continuing to registration. The information can be updated by the Admissions Team from the PPDB database.

Choose a Campus

Please review these conditions before starting the registration.

  • Registration may close when the available quota for a campus and level has been reached.
  • A candidate is considered accepted only after completing academic and administrative requirements and receiving confirmation from the Admissions Team.
  • Registration data must be complete and accurate. The school may request supporting documents when verification is required.
  • The payment deadline and amount shown in Payment Info must be followed. A registration without payment confirmation may be cancelled according to the applicable period rules.
  • Documents requested by the campus must be submitted according to the schedule communicated by the Admissions Team.

    Choose the admission pathway

    Internal students use Internal Registration. External and transfer students choose a campus from Home.

    Choose campus and academic year

    Transfer uses the current academic year. New external registration uses the next academic year and follows the active registration period.

    Complete Student Data

    Select the level, then complete student identity, address, contact details, and previous school information.

    Complete Family Data

    Enter parent information, optional sibling rows, emergency contact, and source of information.

    Review and submit

    Check the summary and declaration before saving the registration.

  6. 6
    Receive registration and invoice

    The system saves the registration, writes an audit trail, creates an invoice, and displays Payment Info.
