Admission Procedure

Review the registration journey, required documents, school rules, payment policy, and age eligibility before submitting an application.

Read each section before continuing to registration. The information can be updated by the Admissions Team from the PPDB database.

Please review these conditions before starting the registration.

Registration may close when the available quota for a campus and level has been reached.
A candidate is considered accepted only after completing academic and administrative requirements and receiving confirmation from the Admissions Team.
Registration data must be complete and accurate. The school may request supporting documents when verification is required.
The payment deadline and amount shown in Payment Info must be followed. A registration without payment confirmation may be cancelled according to the applicable period rules.
Documents requested by the campus must be submitted according to the schedule communicated by the Admissions Team.

Pendaftaran dapat ditutup apabila kuota kampus dan jenjang yang dipilih telah terpenuhi.
Calon siswa dinyatakan diterima setelah memenuhi persyaratan akademik dan administrasi serta memperoleh konfirmasi dari Tim Penerimaan Siswa.
Data pendaftaran wajib diisi secara lengkap dan benar. Sekolah dapat meminta dokumen pendukung apabila diperlukan verifikasi.
Batas waktu dan nominal pembayaran yang tampil pada Payment Info wajib diikuti. Pendaftaran tanpa konfirmasi pembayaran dapat dibatalkan sesuai aturan periode yang berlaku.
Dokumen yang diminta kampus harus diserahkan sesuai jadwal yang disampaikan oleh Tim Penerimaan Siswa.

Choose the admission pathway
Internal students use Internal Registration. External and transfer students choose a campus from Home.

Choose campus and academic year
Transfer uses the current academic year. New external registration uses the next academic year and follows the active registration period.

Complete Student Data
Select the level, then complete student identity, address, contact details, and previous school information.

Complete Family Data
Enter parent information, optional sibling rows, emergency contact, and source of information.

Review and submit
Check the summary and declaration before saving the registration.

Receive registration and invoice
The system saves the registration, writes an audit trail, creates an invoice, and displays Payment Info.

Pilih jalur pendaftaran
Siswa internal menggunakan Internal Registration. Siswa eksternal dan pindahan memilih kampus dari Home.

Pilih kampus dan tahun ajaran
Transfer Student menggunakan tahun ajaran berjalan. New Registration menggunakan tahun ajaran berikutnya dan mengikuti periode aktif.

Lengkapi Data Siswa
Pilih jenjang, kemudian isi identitas siswa, alamat, kontak, dan informasi sekolah sebelumnya.

Lengkapi Data Keluarga
Isi data orang tua, data saudara bila ada, kontak darurat, dan sumber informasi.

Tinjau dan kirim
Periksa ringkasan serta pernyataan sebelum menyimpan pendaftaran.

Terima nomor pendaftaran dan invoice
Sistem menyimpan pendaftaran, mencatat audit trail, membuat invoice, dan menampilkan Payment Info.

Completed registration information and the required school policy or declaration.
Recent student photographs according to the campus requirement.
Copy of the student birth certificate.
Copy of the student Family Register / Civil Registration Record.
Copy of the latest report card or previous-level learning record when requested.

The Admissions Team may adjust the document list based on campus, level, and applicant status.

Copy of the student and parent / guardian passports.
Copy of valid immigration or residence documents for the student and parent / guardian.
Additional documents may be requested to complete school and government reporting requirements.

Psychological observation and/or academic assessment may be scheduled according to the selected level.
Assessment results and admission decisions are communicated through the official admission channel.
Enrollment, annual, tuition, uniform, and book requirements follow the invoice and campus information provided after acceptance.

Students are expected to follow Syafana Islamic School rules and values.
The school may review or cancel admission when submitted information or documents are false, incomplete, or cannot be verified.
The school may update admission rules when operational or regulatory requirements change.
Parents and students must follow the schedule and instructions issued by the campus.

Payment must use the invoice, payment reference, or virtual account shown in Payment Info.
The payment amount and deadline are determined by the active fee rule for the selected academic year, campus, level, and registration type.
Payments are subject to the refund and transfer policy communicated by the school.
Outstanding payment may delay or cancel the next admission stage.
Examination or certification fees that are not listed in the admission invoice may be charged separately.

Age eligibility is checked according to the selected academic year and level.

The date of birth entered in the registration must match the supporting document.
The applicable cut-off date follows the school policy for the selected academic year.
Final age eligibility may include observation of the student’s readiness for the selected level.

Contact the campus Front Office when you need confirmation of the age requirement for a specific level.
